St. Joseph's Hospital - North is an 108 bed satellite hospital located in Lutz, Florida. The first floor houses all of the public spaces -- lobbies, gift shop, cafe -- as well as the Imaging Department and Emergency Department. The second floor is home to the patient treatment areas -- Operating Rooms, Labor and Delivery and Interventional Suites. While the third floor has four Patient Room Units. Two of the units are medical-surgical units, one is the intensive care unit and the fourth is the mother-baby unit.
The service circulation is separated from the visitor circulation through the use of separatly zoned corridors.
